TAISITE TEX-230LG explosion-proof blast drying oven is a laboratory equipment specially designed for environments with explosion-proof requirements. Principle
The equipment uses explosion-proof heating pipes to heat the air in the box, and uses vertical double air ducts and turbine centrifugal fans to force air supply to form uniform hot air circulation, so that the temperature in the working room quickly reaches the set value and remains stable. The explosion-proof electrical Control system precisely controls the temperature and operating procedures to ensure safe and stable operation in flammable and explosive environments.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply (AC220V).
2. Set the required temperature, time and other parameters through the LCD screen and explosion-proof four buttons.
3. Select the operation mode (e.g. fixed-value operation, regular operation, etc.).
4. Start the equipment, start heating and blast operation.
5. After the operation is completed, the device can be automatically stopped.
6. After use, turn off the power.
Notice
* Equipment should be installed in a place that meets explosion-proof requirements and ensure that it is well ventilated.
* Power supply voltage and equipment Rated voltage (AC220V) before use.
* Do not overload, single shelf load-bearing no more than 15kg.
* When the equipment is running, do not switch the door frequently, so as not to affect the Temperature uniformity and safety.
* When cleaning the liner, please use a soft cloth to wipe and avoid the use of corrosion cleaners.
Non-professional personnel should not disassemble or modify the explosion-proof components and electrical circuits of the equipment.
If there is a malfunction alarm (such as an over-lift alarm), it should be stopped immediately and a professional should be contacted for maintenance.
* When not in use for a long time, the power supply should be cut off and the equipment should be placed in a drying environment.
