Overview
TAISITE TEX-625LG explosion-proof blast drying oven is a laboratory equipment specially designed for environments with explosion-proof requirements. It is mainly composed of drying oven body, explosion-proof heating system and explosion-proof electrical control. The box is designed with explosion-proof type, and the electrical appliances are equipped with integrated explosion-proof technology, which can effectively prevent the leakage of unsafe factors such as high temperature, static electricity and sparks, and ensure safe operation.

Principle
The equipment generates heat through explosion-proof stainless steel heating pipes. Under the control of the explosion-proof electrical system, it is driven by a turbo centrifugal fan and forced to supply air through vertical double air ducts, so that the hot air circulates in the box to achieve uniform heating and drying of the studio. Its explosion-proof design ensures that the entire heating and electrical control process is carried out safely in a potentially explosive environment.

Steps
Connect the required AC380V power supply.
2. Set the required temperature, time and other parameters through the explosion-proof button.
3. Select the operation mode (e.g. fixed-value operation, regular operation, etc.).
4. Start the equipment, start heating and blast drying.
5. The device will automatically stop after running, or stop after reaching the set time.
6. After the box is chilled down, open the box door and use the pull-out tray for sampling.
Notice
Equipment must be installed by professionals and grounded reliably.
• Before use, please confirm that the Power supply voltage is AC380V, and check whether the line connection is firm and the explosion-proof flexible tube is intact.
• It is strictly forbidden to place flammable, explosive or corrosion items in the box.
• When the equipment is running, do not switch the box door frequently to avoid affecting Temperature uniformity and safety.
• When taking samples, wear protective equipment to prevent burns.
• Regularly clean the liner and keep the equipment in good condition.
• If there is a fault alarm (such as over-rise alarm), it should be stopped immediately for inspection, and the fault can be eliminated before continuing to use.
• Non-professionals should not disassemble or modify equipment, especially explosion-proof components.
• Note that the Explosion-proof level of the equipment is ExdembIIBT4Gb, and it needs to be used in an environment that meets the requirements of this level.
