Principle
The equipment generates heat through the explosion-proof stainless steel heating pipe. Under the control of the explosion-proof electrical system, the heat passes through the side air duct gas sleeve and is forced to circulate by the centrifugal fan, so that the hot air flows evenly inside the studio to realize the drying of the material. Its dual PID Control system precisely adjusts the temperature to ensure the stability and accuracy of the thermostatic process.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply.
2. Set the required temperature, time and other parameters through the LCD screen and explosion-proof buttons.
3. You can choose fixed-value operation, scheduled operation or reservation start mode.
4. The equipment starts to work, the forced circulation air supply system starts-up, heating pipe heating.
5. After reaching the set time or condition, the equipment automatically stops running.

Equipment must be used in an environment that meets its Explosion-proof level (ExdembIIBT4Gb) requirements.
• Power supply voltage (AC220V) meets the requirements before use.
• Do not overload, single shelf load-bearing 15kg.
• When the equipment is running, do not open the box door at will, so as not to affect Temperature uniformity and safety.
• Regularly clean the liner and keep the equipment in good condition.
• Non-professionals should not disassemble or modify explosion-proof parts (such as explosion-proof control boxes, explosion-proof flexible pipes, etc.).
• Pay attention to the safety functions such as over-lift preventer equipped with the equipment to ensure its normal operation.
