Overview
TAISITE TEX-136WG explosion-proof blast drying oven is a drying equipment specially designed for environments with explosion-proof requirements. It is mainly composed of drying oven body, explosion-proof heating system and explosion-proof electrical control. The liner is made of brushed stainless steel, and the shell is made of high-quality steel plate. The shape is beautiful and generous, and the liner is easy to clean.
Features
1. The box is designed with flameproof type, and the electrical appliances are equipped with integrated explosion-proof technology. The explosion-proof control box is centrally protected to prevent leakage of high temperature and unsafe factors such as static electricity and sparks.
2. Use explosion-proof 304 stainless steel heating pipe heating.
3. Exposed connecting wires are all explosion-proof flexible connecting pipe sets to isolate static sparks and temperature leakage to ensure safety.

Principle
The equipment generates heat through the explosion-proof heating system, and uses the forced circulation air supply method of the side air duct to make the hot air flow evenly in the box and dry the material. The temperature is precisely adjusted by the LCD dual PID Control system to ensure stable and uniform temperature.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply (AC220V).
2. Set the required temperature, time and other parameters through the LCD screen and explosion-proof four buttons.
3. Select the operation mode (e.g. fixed-value operation, regular operation).
4. Start the equipment, start heating and blast drying.
5. After the operation, the device will automatically stop, or proceed to the next step according to the settings.
Notice
Equipment must be used in an environment that meets its Explosion-proof level (Ex de mb IIB T4 Gb) requirements.
• Power supply voltage meets requirements (AC220V) before use.
• Do not overload, the shelf load is 15kg.
• When the equipment is running, do not open the box door at will, so as not to affect Temperature uniformity and safety.
• Regularly clean the liner and keep the equipment in good condition.
• To connect to an external test or exhaust, use the specified interface (e.g. overhead test hole, 28mm inner diameter exhaust port).
• Note that the equipment has an overlift prevention function, but it is still necessary to pay close attention to the running status during operation.
• Optional accessories such as explosion-proof barrier, explosion-proof pressure relief door, etc. can be selected according to actual needs to enhance safety.
