Principle
The equipment performs four-wall heating on the box through an explosion-proof heating system. Combined with decompression (vacuum) convection mode, the material is dried at a set temperature (RT + 10~ 250 ° C) and Vacuum Level (< 133PA). The explosion-proof electrical Control system precisely controls the temperature and operating procedures to ensure that the drying process is completed in a safe and explosion-proof environment.

Steps
1. Place the sample and close the box door.
2. Set temperature, time and other parameters through the LCD screen and explosion-proof buttons.
3. You can choose the mode of fixed-value operation, regular operation, reservation start, etc.
4. Start the device, and the device will run automatically according to the set program.
5. Stop automatically at the end of operation, and take out the sample after the temperature in the box drops to a safe range.
Notice
Equipment must be used in an environment that meets its Explosion-proof level (Ex de mb IIB T4 Gb) requirements.
• Power supply voltage (AC220V) match before use.
• Do not place items in the box that exceed the shelf load (15kg) or do not meet the drying requirements.
• When the equipment is running, do not open the box door at will.
• Regularly clean the liner and keep the equipment in good condition.
• The explosion-proof flexible connecting pipe of the exposed connecting wire part shall not be disassembled or damaged at will.
• Optional accessories such as vacuum pumps need to be connected, please ensure that the accessories have corresponding explosion-proof qualifications and are installed correctly.
