The box adopts explosion-proof design, and the electrical appliances adopt the overall explosion-proof technology to effectively prevent the leakage of unsafe factors such as high temperature, static electricity, and sparks.

Principle
The device adopts a convection method of decompression and four-wall heating. The four walls of the box are heated by an external explosion-proof heating pipe, and the pressure in the box is reduced by a vacuum system, so that the material can be dried at a set temperature (RT + 10~ 250 ° C) and Vacuum Level (< 133Pa). The temperature is detected by the explosion-proof armored PT100 Sensor and precisely regulated by the LCD dual PID Control system.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply (AC380V) and the required accessories (e.g. vacuum pump).
2. Set the required temperature, time and other parameters through the explosion-proof button of the LCD screen.
3. You can choose the mode of fixed-value operation, regular operation, reservation start, etc.
4. Start the equipment, start heating and vacuum.
5. During operation, the internal situation can be observed through the observation window (Bulletproof Tempered Glass).
6. After the operation is completed (reaching the set time or temperature), the device automatically stops or executes according to the set program.
7. After the box returns to normal pressure and chills down, take out the material.

Equipment must be installed and operated by professionals to ensure proper grounding.
• Power supply voltage (AC380V) meets the requirements before use.
• Do not place flammable and explosive items in the box.
• Do not change the locked menu parameters at will during operation.
• When the equipment is running, do not touch the heating part and observation window to avoid burns.
• Before performing maintenance or cleaning, be sure to cut off the power supply and ensure that the box has been cooled down and restored to normal pressure.
• Exposed cables and explosion-proof flexible tubes should not be disassembled or damaged at will.
• Pay attention to the Explosion-proof level marked on the equipment (Ex de mb IIB T4 Gb) to ensure that it is used in an environment that meets the requirements of this class.
