Overview
The LYD-5000 gantry microcomputer-controlled universal testing machine is a high-rigidity portal frame structure testing equipment produced by HBO. It uses high-strength light bars to fix the upper beam and countertop, and the stepping motor drives the transmission mechanism to drive the beam to move to achieve loading. It is mainly used for metal, Non-metallic and composite material mechanical performance testing. The precision automatic control and data collection system realizes full digitalization adjustment, which can detect the maximum bearing tensile pressure, tensile and compressive strength, elongation and compression deformation, elongation and other indicators. The test results are automatically calculated and displayed by Windows software.

Principle
This product uses high-intensity light bars to fix the upper beam and work surface to form a high-rigidity portal frame structure, and drives the beam up and down through the stepper motor drive transmission mechanism to realize the test loading process. The precise automatic control and data collection system realizes the full digitalization adjustment of the data collection and control process. During the test, the force value, displacement and other parameters are collected in real time. After the test, the Windows host computer software automatically calculates and displays the results.
