Overview
The LYD-2T gantry microcomputer-controlled universal testing machine is a high-performance testing equipment under HBO. It uses high-strength light bars to fix the upper beam and the work surface to form a high-rigidity portal frame structure. It is driven by a stepping motor and driven by a transmission mechanism to move the beam to achieve loading. Mainly used for metal, Non-metallic and composite material mechanical performance testing, it has a precise automatic control and data collection system, which can automatically calculate and display the maximum bearing tensile pressure, tensile and compressive strength, elongation compression deformation, elongation and other parameters. All operations are completed by computer mouse.

Principle
This product is driven by a stepper motor, which drives the beam up and down through the transmission mechanism to realize the test loading process. The precision automatic control and data collection system realizes full digitalization adjustment, and real-time collection of displacement, deformation, speed, force value and other data during the test process. After the test, the Windows host computer software automatically calculates and displays the results and Linear dispersion.

Steps
1. Start the test software through the computer mouse and set the test parameters
2. Select the test mode (e.g. tensile, compression, etc.) and configure the force value and displacement unit
3. Set conditions such as running speed, deformation and loading force
4. Start the test, the system automatically collects data and displays Linear dispersion in real time
5. After the test, the software automatically calculates the results and displays them
6. Query, export, or print test data and reports
