Overview
LYD-3T gantry microcomputer-controlled universal testing machine is HBO brand of high-rigidity portal frame structure test equipment. It uses high-intensity light bars to fix the upper beam and countertop, and the stepping motor drives the transmission mechanism to realize the test loading process of the beam moving up and down. It is mainly used for metal, Non-metallic and composite mechanical properties testing. It realizes full digitalization adjustment through precise automatic control and data collection system. It can detect the maximum bearing tensile pressure, tensile and compressive strength, elongation compression deformation, elongation and other indicators. After the test, the Windows software automatically calculates and displays the results with Linear dispersion. It supports data query and printing. All operations are completed on the computer through the mouse.

Principle
This product uses high-intensity light bars to fix the upper beam and countertop to form a high-rigidity portal frame structure. Stepping motor drives the beam up and down through the transmission mechanism to realize the test loading process. The precision automatic control and data collection system realizes the full digitalization adjustment of the data collection and control process, and detects the mechanical properties of the material during the test. After the test, the Windows host computer software automatically calculates and displays the results.
