Overview
LY-2T electronic universal testing machine is an economical and practical model developed by HBO. It uses high-strength light bars to fix the upper beam and countertop to form a high-rigidity portal frame structure, and is driven by a stepper motor to realize the test loading process. It is mainly used for mechanical properties testing of various metals, Non-metallic and composites. The precise automatic control and data collection system realizes full digitalization adjustment, which can detect the maximum bearing tensile pressure, tensile and compressive strength, elongation compression deformation, elongation and other technical indicators. After the test, the results are automatically calculated and displayed with Linear dispersion.

Principle
This product uses high-intensity light bars to fix the upper beam and countertop to form a high-rigidity portal frame structure. Driven by a stepper motor, the stepper motor drives the beam up and down through the transmission mechanism to realize the test loading process. The precision automatic control and data collection system realizes the full digitalization adjustment of the data collection and control process.
