Principle
The ISO flow cup determines the viscosity of a liquid by measuring the time it takes for the liquid to flow out of the cup. When the liquid flows out of the standard size flow hole, the time from start to finish is recorded, which is proportional to the viscosity of the liquid, so that the viscosity of the liquid can be determined.

Steps
1. Prepare ISO flow cup and liquid to be tested
2. Make sure the flow cup is clean and drying
3. Pour the liquid to be tested into the flow cup
4. Record the time from the beginning to the end of the liquid
5. Calculate the viscosity value according to the outflow time or look up the table
Notice
• Only suitable for Newtonian or near-Newtonian liquids
• The outflow time must be controlled within the range of 30s~ 100s
• Make sure the flow cup is completely clean before use
• The diameter accuracy of the flow hole is +/- 0.01mm, which needs to be checked regularly
• Execute tests in strict accordance with standard operating procedures
