Overview
The XYD-5000 small gantry microcomputer-controlled universal testing machine is a high-rigidity portal frame structure testing equipment produced by HBO, which adopts stepper motor drive and high-intensity light bar fixed structure. The equipment realizes full digitalization adjustment through precise automatic control and data collection system. It is mainly used to test the mechanical properties of metals, Non-metallic and composite, such as maximum bearing tension, tensile and compressive strength, elongation and compression deformation and elongation. All test operations can be automatically completed by computer mouse.

Principle
This product uses high-intensity light bars to fix the upper beam and countertop to form a high-rigidity portal frame structure. Stepping motor drives the beam up and down through the transmission mechanism to realize the test loading process. The precision automatic control and data collection system realizes the full digitalization adjustment of the data collection and control process. After the test, the Windows host computer software automatically calculates and displays the test results and Linear dispersion.

Steps
1. Start the test software with a computer mouse
2. Set the test parameters
3. Select the corresponding test mode
