Overview
XYD-1T small gantry microcomputer-controlled universal testing machine is a high-rigidity portal frame structure equipment produced by HBO, using stepper motor drive and digitalization Control system. Mainly used for metal, Non-metallic and composite mechanical properties testing, it can automatically calculate and display the maximum bearing tensile pressure, tensile and compressive strength, elongation and compression deformation, elongation and other indicators. All operations are completed by computer mouse.

Principle
This product uses high-intensity light bars to fix the upper beam and countertop to form a high-rigidity portal frame structure. Stepping motor drives the beam up and down through the transmission mechanism to realize the test loading process. Precise automatic control and data collection system realizes full digitalization adjustment, and the test parameters are automatically calculated and displayed by the Windows host computer software.
