Overview
XYD-2T small gantry microcomputer-controlled universal testing machine is a high-performance test equipment produced by HBO. It uses high-strength light bars to fix the upper beam and countertop to form a high-rigidity portal frame structure, and is driven by a stepper motor to realize the test loading process. It is mainly used for metal, Non-metallic and composite material mechanical performance index testing. It has a precise automatic control and data collection system, which can automatically calculate and display the maximum bearing tensile pressure, tensile and compressive strength, elongation and compression deformation, elongation and other parameters. All operations are completed by computer mouse.

Principle
This product uses high-intensity light bars to fix the upper beam and countertop to form a high-rigidity portal frame structure. Stepping motor drives the beam up and down through the transmission mechanism to realize the test loading process. Precision automatic control and data collection system realizes full digitalization adjustment, data is collected during the test, and the Windows host computer software automatically calculates and displays the results after the test.

Steps
1. Start the Windows host computer software through the computer mouse
2. Set test parameter conditions, including force value unit, displacement unit, Graduation, running speed, sample deformation, loading force, etc
3. Select test mode (such as universal tensile test, compression test, etc.)
4. Start the test, the system automatically collects data and displays it dynamically
5. After the test, the software automatically calculates and displays the results with Linear dispersion
6. Query and print test results
