Overview
XYD-3T small gantry microcomputer-controlled universal testing machine is a high-intensity light bar fixed structure model of HBO brand. It adopts stepper motor drive and transmission mechanism to realize high-rigidity gantry frame and test loading process. The equipment is mainly used for mechanical properties testing of various metals, Non-metallic and composites. Through precise automatic control and data collection system, full digitalization adjustment data collection and control process, the maximum bearing tensile pressure, tensile and compressive strength, elongation compression deformation, elongation and other indicators of the material are detected in the tensile compression test. After the test, the Windows host computer software automatically calculates and displays the results and Linear dispersion. All operations can be completed on the computer through the mouse.

8. Force holding type test and pressure type test come with PID speed force value dual-loop control.

10. Real-time display of displacement, deformation, running speed, real-time force value, peak force value and test time, test data and Linear dispersion dynamic display.

Principle
This product uses high-strength light bars to fix the upper beam and countertop to form a high-rigidity portal frame structure. The stepping motor drives the beam up and down through the transmission mechanism to realize the test loading process. The precision automatic control and data collection system realizes full digitalization adjustment, and the material technical indicators are detected in the tensile compression test. After the test, the Windows host computer software automatically calculates and displays the results.

Steps
1. Start the test software on the computer with the mouse.
2. Set the test parameters, including force value unit, displacement unit, Graduation, running speed, deformation and loading force.
3. Select the test mode, such as universal tensile test or compression test.
4. Start the test, the system automatically controls the loading process, displays data and Linear dispersion in real time.
5. After the test, the software automatically calculates and displays the results, and can query and print the test data.
Notice
- Power supply voltage is 220V 50HZ to avoid voltage instability affecting equipment operation.
- When setting Graduation and running speed, adjust according to test needs to improve accuracy.
During the test, pay attention to the real-time display of the force value and deformation to prevent overload.
- Reset the equipment in time after use to maintain its initial position and prolong its service life.
