Overview
XYD-5T small gantry microcomputer-controlled universal testing machine is a high-rigidity gantry frame structure testing equipment produced by HBO. It uses high-intensity light bars to fix the upper beam and countertop, and stepper motor drives the beam to move through the transmission mechanism to achieve loading. Mainly used for metal, Non-metallic and composite mechanical properties testing, precise automatic control and data collection system to achieve full digitalization adjustment, which can detect the maximum bearing tensile pressure, tensile and compressive strength, elongation compression deformation, elongation and other indicators. The test data is automatically calculated by Windows software and the results are displayed with Linear dispersion.

Principle
This product uses high-strength light bars to fix the upper beam and work surface to form a high-rigidity portal frame structure. Stepping motor drives the beam up and down through the transmission mechanism to realize the test loading process. The precision automatic control and data collection system realizes the full digitalization adjustment of the data collection and control process. The technical indicators of the material are detected in the tensile compression test. After the test, the Windows host computer software automatically calculates and displays the results.
