Overview
ZYD-500 desktop microcomputer-controlled universal testing machine is a Small Benchtop testing equipment launched by HBO, which is small in size and easy to place on the desktop for operation. It is mainly used for metal, Non-metallic and composite mechanical properties testing. It adopts automatic control and data collection system to realize full digitalization adjustment, which can detect parameters such as maximum bearing tensile pressure, tensile and compressive strength, elongation and compression deformation, and elongation. The test results are automatically calculated and displayed by Windows software. Linear dispersion and data support query and printing.

Principle
Precise automatic control and data collection system are used to realize full digitalization adjustment, and the technical indicators of the material are detected in the tensile compression test through stepper motor drive. After the test, the Windows host computer software automatically calculates the results according to the set parameters and displays the corresponding Linear dispersion. All operations can be completed on the computer by the mouse.

Steps
1. Start the test software on the computer with the mouse
2. Set the test parameters including force value unit, displacement unit, Graduation, running speed, deformation and loading force
3. Select the corresponding test mode
4. Start the test, the system automatically collects data and displays it in real time
5. Software automatically calculates results and Linear dispersion after the test
6. Query, export or print the test report
