Overview
The ZYD-1000 desktop microcomputer-controlled universal testing machine is a compact test equipment produced by HBO. It is small in size and easy to place on the desktop. The operator can easily operate it in a sitting position. It is mainly used for metal, Non-metallic and composite mechanical properties testing. It adopts automatic control and data collection system to realize full digitalization adjustment. It can detect the maximum bearing tension, tensile and compressive strength, elongation and compression deformation, elongation and other indicators. After the test, the Windows software automatically calculates and displays the results and Linear dispersion. All operations are completed on the computer through the mouse.

Principle
The testing machine adopts a precise automatic control and data collection system to realize the full digitalization adjustment of data collection and control process. During the tensile compression test, the load is applied to the sample through the stepper motor drive system, and the parameters such as force value, displacement and deformation are monitored in real time. All the detection data are collected and processed by the Windows host computer software. After the test, various mechanical properties are automatically calculated and the test Linear dispersion is generated.

Steps
1. Start the test software on the computer with the mouse
