Overview
The ZYD-2000 desktop microcomputer-controlled universal testing machine is a Small Benchtop testing equipment launched by HBO, which is small in size and easy to place on the desktop for operation. The equipment is mainly used for metal, Non-metallic and composite mechanical properties testing. It uses precision automatic control and data collection system to realize full digitalization adjustment. It can detect the maximum bearing tensile pressure, tensile and compressive strength, elongation and compression deformation, elongation and other indicators of the material. The test data is automatically calculated by Windows software and the results are displayed with Linear dispersion.

Principle
The equipment adopts a precise automatic control and data collection system to realize the full digitalization adjustment of data collection and control process. During the tensile compression test, the stepper motor drive system applies force to the sample according to the set test parameters, and collects data such as displacement, deformation and force value in real time. After the test, the mechanical properties are automatically calculated by the Windows host computer software.

Steps
1. Set the test parameters conditions on the computer with the mouse
2. Select the appropriate test mode
3. Start the test, and the equipment automatically completes the test process
4. After the test, the software automatically calculates and displays the results and Linear dispersion
5. Query and print test results
