Overview
ZY-200 Desktop Electronic Universal Testing Machine is a compact desktop testing equipment produced by HBO, which can be easily operated by the operator. It is mainly used for metal, Non-metallic and composite mechanical properties testing. It adopts precision automatic control and data collection system to realize full digitalization adjustment. It can detect the maximum bearing tensile pressure, tensile and compressive strength, elongation compression deformation, elongation and other indicators. After the test, the results and Linear dispersion are automatically calculated and displayed, and query and printing are supported.

6. The sample deformation can be set (displacement controllable).
7. The loading force can be set (the force value is controllable), and after reaching the preset force, it can be delayed (time-controllable), automatically returned to the initial position, or stopped immediately.
8. Real-time display of displacement, deformation, running speed, real-time force value, peak force value and test time.
9. Provide a variety of test modes, including general tensile test, general compression test, general force holding test, three/four point bending test, disbonding performance test, tear performance test, waterproof coil test and electrical casing test, etc., including tensile and compressive strength test and elongation compression rate function.
10. Force holding type test and pressure type test (except three/four point bending test) with PID speed force value double loop control.
11. It can test 10 samples and automatically calculate the average value, MAX Maximum, MIN Minimum and other results.
12. The test results are displayed in a variety of coordinates: force value - time, force value - deformation, deformation - time.
13. After the test is completed, the data bar can be automatically saved, up to 10,000 pieces of data can be saved.
14. The machine comes with a miniature printer that can print test results.
15. Comes with overload protection, limit protection, emergency shutdown device and leakage protection device.
Principle
In the tensile compression test, the maximum bearing tensile pressure, tensile and compressive strength, elongation and compression deformation, elongation and other technical indicators of the material are detected. After the test, the microcomputer controller automatically calculates and displays the results and Linear dispersion according to the preset parameters.

Steps
1. Set the test parameters, including force value unit, displacement unit, Graduation, running speed, sample deformation and loading force.
2. Select the test mode, such as universal tensile test or compression test.
3. Start the test with one click, and the system automatically collects data.
4. After the test, the microcomputer controller automatically calculates and displays the results with Linear dispersion.
5. Query and print the test results, and the data is automatically saved.
Notice
• Power supply voltage is 220V 50HZ to avoid voltage instability affecting equipment operation.
• Check whether the overload protection, limit protection and emergency shutdown device are normal before operation.
• Pay attention to Graduation and speed range when setting parameters to avoid exceeding equipment specifications.
• Real-time monitoring of displacement, deformation and force values during testing to ensure test accuracy.
