Overview
The side tension tester is a special instrument of AMITTARI brand SPT-104-10T model, which is used for the measurement of the tension of ropes such as wind towers, signal towers, and power transmission systems. The product has the advantages of easy operation and easy portability, and provides a variety of test modes for the convenience of testers.
Features
1. High Accuracy and high resolution, digital display ignores poor.
2. Provide four measurement units: N (newton), kg (kilogram), lb (pound), and g (gram), which can be converted into each other.
3. Peak hold function, keep peak display until manually cleared.
4. Can be powered by alkaline battery or 5V DC power supply.
Principle
The instrument detects the tension of the rope through the Sensor, converts the force value into an electrical signal, and displays it on a four-digit large LCD screen after processing. It supports peak and instantaneous value measurement, and has a dual display screen of forward and reverse directions to ensure accurate reading.

Steps
1. Install the battery or connect the 5V DC power supply.
2. Select the desired unit of force value (N, kg, lb, or g).
3. Connect the instrument to the test rope.
4. Read the force value (peak or instantaneous value) on the display.
5. When using the peak hold function, manually clear to reset.
6. Manual shutdown after use or wait 10 minutes for automatic shutdown.
Notice
• Operating temperature range is 0 ℃~ 40 ℃, avoid use in extreme temperatures.
• Operating humidity should be less than 80% to prevent the humid environment from affecting the accuracy.
• Ensure that the working environment is free of seismic sources and corrosion media.
• Allowable load is 150% F.s, buzzer alarm when it exceeds 110% F.s to avoid overload.
• Check the power supply before use to ensure that the battery or DC power supply is working properly.
Periodically calibrated to maintain 0.5 level accuracy.
