Overview
AW-B75 Webster Hardness Tester is a Portable hardness testing instrument under the AMITTARI brand. It is specially designed for rapid on-site detection of hardness of materials such as hard or semi-hard brass and superhard aluminum alloys. It is easy to operate, and the hardness value can be directly read by simply sticking the instrument on the sample. It is especially suitable for rapid, non-destructive piece-by-piece qualification inspection of large quantities of products on production, sales or construction sites.

Principle
The Webster Hardness Tester forms Cedars by pressing a pin of a specific shape into the surface of the material under the action of a standard spring force. The instrument measures the depth or related dimensions of the Cedars and converts them to the corresponding hardness value, which is displayed directly on the dial, enabling fast, non-destructive hardness testing.

Steps
