Overview
AMITTARI AW-B75B Webster Hardness Tester is an instrument that can quickly test the hardness of hard or semi-hard brass and superhard aluminum alloys on site. The instrument is easy to use, one card can be used, and the hardness value can be read directly. It is especially suitable for rapid, non-destructive piece-by-piece qualification inspection of batches of products at the production site, sales site or construction site.

Principle
The Webster Hardness Tester displays directly by pressing a pin into the surface of the material under test, measuring Cedar Depth or related parameters, and converting it to a hardness value. This is a fast, non-destructive hardness testing method.
Applications
Rapid testing of hardness of hard or semi-hard brass and superhard aluminum alloys
Steps
1. Ensure that the sample size meets the requirements (Film thickness 0.6-8 mm, inner diameter > 6mm).
2. Align and clamp the hardness gauge on the specimen.
3. Read the hardness value directly from the instrument.
Notice
• Please ensure that the material being tested is hard or semi-hard brass or super hard aluminum alloy.
• Please ensure that the sample size is within the applicable range (Film thickness 0.6-8 mm, inner diameter > 6mm).
• Please clamp the sample correctly during operation to ensure accurate measurement.
Do not make measurements on materials outside the hardness range (63~ 105HRF).
• Please keep it properly and calibrate it regularly with standard hardness blocks to ensure instrument stability.
• Please note that the battery model is 2 * 1.5AAA, and replace it in time to ensure normal use.
