Overview
HBO LTD-5000 gantry type microcomputer controlled spring testing machine is a desktop spring special testing machine. It adopts a fully digital speed control system and stepper motor drive, and uses Windows as the Operating interface to realize screen display and automatic operation of test force, displacement, deformation and other parameters. It is mainly used in spring deformation, tensile force, spring coefficient and other performance detection. It can also test resilience samples. It meets JB/T7796-2017 standards and supports international standards such as ISO, JIS, ASTM, DIN. It is suitable for industrial and mining enterprises, technical supervision, scientific research institutes and other departments.

Principle
The testing machine adopts all-digital speed control system and stepper motor as the driving system, and the controller as the core Control system. The real-time display and automatic control of test force, displacement, deformation and other parameters are realized through the Windows Operating interface software. During the test, the system automatically adjusts the speed according to the preset program, and dynamically displays the data and Linear dispersion, and automatically resets after the test is completed.

Steps
1. Operate the test software on the computer with the mouse and set the test parameters
