Overview
HBO LTD-1T gantry type microcomputer controlled spring testing machine is a desktop spring special testing machine, using all digital speed control system and stepper motor drive, with Windows as the Operating interface control and data processing software, to achieve test force, peak, displacement, deformation and Linear dispersion screen display, all operations are automatically completed by the mouse. Mainly used in spring deformation, tension, spring coefficient and other performance parameters testing, can also test all kinds of resilience samples and parts, in line with JB/T7796-2017 standards, support national standards and ISO, JIS, ASTM, DIN and other international standards, applicable to industrial and mining enterprises, technical supervision, commodity inspection and arbitration, research institutes, Universities & colleges, Quality control units and other departments.

Principle
The test machine adopts all-digital speed control system and stepper motor as the drive system, and the controller as the core of the Control system, and realizes the automatic control of the test process through the software of Windows Operating interface. The system dynamically displays the test force, peak value, beam displacement, deformation and Linear dispersion. All operations are completed on the computer through the mouse to ensure High Accuracy and Stability.

Steps
1. Start the device and connect the power supply.
2. Open the computer software and select the test mode and parameters
3. Set Force and Displacement Units and Graduation
4. Place the specimen in the Test space
5. Start the experiment by mouse operation
6. Dynamic observation data and Linear dispersion during the test
7. Automatic reset of the beam after the test is completed
8. View, store, and export experimental data
9. Generate and print test reports
