Overview
The LTMS Digital Tensiometer is a Handheld device for accurate measurement of tension on a variety of process materials, including yarns, fibers, wires, and fibers, in action or at rest. It uses the three-wheel Tension Measurement principle, provides a High Accuracy digital display, and supports a variety of unit conversion and data output options.

Principle
Measurement principle based on strain gauge, the tension meter detects material tension through a three-wheel tension measurement system. 62 samples per second are performed, and the average value is calculated and displayed according to the display update rate set by the user.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply of the device.
2. Select the required tension unit (N, kg, lb, g).
3. Place the material on the measurement wheel.
4. Read the display value (Current Value, MAX Maximum, Peak, MIN Minimum).
5. Set the display update rate as required.
6. Use USB or Bluetooth to connect to the PC for data transfer.
7. Manual shutdown or wait for automatic shutdown after the operation is completed.
