TBJ-X1-DJ8 Automatic Film Applicator is a custom removable drawdown blade Vacuum chuck Film Applicator with a coating format of 500 * 600mm. It adopts removable Blade Coating, which is easy to clean and has Vacuum chuck function. It is suitable for Moulding proofing on soft substrates such as films, aluminum foils, and release papers. The equipment adopts imported accessories to ensure the uniformity and smoothness of Spreader's gluing by controlling the speed and stable pressure, which greatly improves the reproducibility of the film.

Principle
The Automatic Film Applicator guarantees the Spreader effect by controlling the speed of the Spreader and the stable pressure applied to the Film Applicator. Using the Blade Coating method, the lifting and traverse speed of the drawdown blade are precisely controlled, and the substrate is fixed with the Vacuum chuck function to ensure the uniformity and smoothness of the Spreader coating, which effectively solves the problem of artificial film inconsistency.
