Overview
The AMITTARI TG-104-5N.m Handheld Torque Gauge is a High Accuracy measurement tool with digital display and multiple unit conversion functions for peak and instantaneous torque measurement. It supports alkaline battery or external power supply, and has practical features such as automatic shutdown and backlit display.

Principle
The torque meter detects the applied torque through the Sensor, converts the mechanical signal into an electrical signal, and displays the peak or instantaneous value on the LCD screen after processing. The peak hold function locks the maximum Measured value, and the unit conversion is realized based on the preset algorithm.

Steps
1. Install 2 AA batteries or connect 5V DC power supply
2. Power on and select the desired Measurement unit
3. Apply torque for measurement, the screen shows instantaneous value or peak
4. When using the peak hold function, manually clear to reset
5. Manual shutdown after measurement is completed or wait 10 minutes for automatic shutdown
Notice
• Operating temperature range is 0~ 40 ℃ to avoid over-limit use
• Operating humidity should be less than 80% to prevent the influence of humid environment
• The surrounding environment needs no seismic source and corrosion medium
• Allowable load does not exceed 150% F.s, pay attention to the buzzer alarm when exceeding 110% F.s
• Regularly check the battery power to ensure normal power supply
