Overview
HBO ZT-20 Desktop Electric Spring Testing Machine is a special equipment for spring performance testing. It adopts precision automatic control and data collection system to improve test accuracy and reduce operation requirements. It is mainly used for spring deformation, tensile pressure, spring coefficient and other parameters testing, and can also test resilience samples and similar parts. It meets JB/T7796-2017 standards. It supports national standards and ISO, JIS, ASTM, DIN and other international standards. It is suitable for industrial and mining enterprises, technical supervision, commodity inspection and arbitration, scientific research institutes, Universities & colleges, Quality control units and other departments.

Principle
The testing machine adopts a precision automatic control and data collection system, which is driven by a stepper motor to achieve accurate measurement of spring deformation, tensile pressure and other parameters. The system automatically performs tests and collects data according to the set test mode (such as fixed height force measurement value or fixed force value to measure deformation), and displays force value, displacement and other parameters in real time through the Touchscreen interface, and supports data saving and printing.

Steps
1. Turn on the power of the device and start the system.
2. Set test parameters through 7-inch Touchscreen, including force value units, displacement units, Graduation, test mode, etc
3. Customize test points (up to 10 groups) and set the qualification interval
4. Place spring or resilience specimen in Test space
5. Start the test, the device automatically executes the test and displays the data in real time
6. After the test is completed, the data is automatically saved or the results are printed through a micro-printer
7. Power off the device
