Overview
ZT-30 desktop electric spring testing machine is a special test equipment for springs under the HBO brand. It adopts precision automatic control and data collection system to improve test accuracy and reduce operation requirements. It is mainly used to detect spring deformation, tensile force, spring coefficient and other performance parameters. It can also test various resilience samples and similar parts. It meets JB/T7796-2017 standards and supports national standards and ISO, JIS, ASTM, DIN and other international standards. It is suitable for industrial and mining enterprises, technical supervision, commodity inspection and arbitration, scientific research institutes, Universities & colleges, Quality control units and other departments.

Principle
This testing machine adopts precision automatic control and data collection system, and realizes spring deformation and force value measurement through stepper motor drive. During the test, the system automatically collects and processes data according to the set test mode (such as fixed height force value or fixed force value to measure deformation), and displays and records the performance parameters of the spring with High Accuracy.
