ZT-200 Desktop Electric Spring Testing Machine is a desktop spring special testing machine. It adopts precise automatic control and data collection system to greatly improve the test accuracy and reduce the requirements for personnel operation. It is mainly used for the detection of spring deformation, tensile pressure, spring coefficient and other performance parameters. It can also conduct related tests on various types of resilience samples and Miscellaneous similar parts. Principle
The testing machine adopts a precision automatic control and data collection system, which is driven by a stepper motor to achieve accurate measurement of spring deformation, tensile pressure and other performance parameters. The system automatically performs tests according to the set test mode (such as fixed height force measurement value, fixed deformation force measurement value, etc.), and collects and displays force value, displacement and other data in real time to ensure test accuracy and Stability.

Steps
1. Turn on the power and start the testing machine
2. Set test parameters through 7-inch Touchscreen, including force value units, displacement units, Graduation, test mode, etc
3. Customize test points and set qualification interval judgment
4. Place spring or resilience specimen in Test space
5. Start the test, the system automatically executes and displays the data in real time
6. After the test is completed, the data is automatically saved, and the print result can be selected
7. Use emergency shutdown devices or overload protection to ensure safety
Notice
- Power supply voltage is 220V 50HZ to avoid voltage instability affecting accuracy
- Check whether the diameter of the platen fits the sample before testing to prevent damage
- Pay attention to safety during operation and use emergency shutdown devices to deal with emergencies
- Regularly calibrate force values and displacement accuracy to ensure Indication Errors are within the allowable range
- Storage capacity when saving data, avoid exceeding 10,000 limits
- When using the micro printer, ensure that the paper is sufficient to avoid printing interruptions
