Overview
HBO ZT-300 Desktop Electric Spring Testing Machine is a special testing equipment for precision springs. It adopts automatic control and data collection system to improve test accuracy and reduce operation requirements. It is mainly used for the detection of performance parameters such as spring deformation, tensile pressure, spring coefficient, etc. It can also be tested on resilience samples and similar parts. It meets the JB/T7796-2017 standard and supports national standards and ISO, JIS, ASTM, DIN and other international standards. It is suitable for industrial and mining enterprises, technical supervision, commodity inspection and arbitration, scientific research institutes, Universities & colleges, Quality control units and other departments.

Principle
This testing machine is driven by a stepper motor to achieve accurate displacement control, combined with an automatic data collection system to measure the force value and deformation parameters of the spring in real time. The system automatically performs the test and calculates the spring coefficient and other performance indicators according to the set test mode (such as the fixed height force value or the fixed force value to measure the deformation). The data is displayed and saved through Touchscreen.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and turn it on.
2. Set test parameters through Touchscreen, including force value units, displacement units, test modes, etc
3. Install spring specimen in Test space
4. Start the test, the system automatically executes and displays the data in real time
5. After the test is completed, the data is automatically saved and the results can be printed
6. Shut down and disconnect the power
Notice
* Power supply voltage is 220V 50HZ to avoid voltage instability
Check whether the overload protection and emergency shutdown device are normal before operation
* When testing, pay attention to the sample installation firmly to prevent accidental peeling
Regularly calibrate equipment to ensure force and displacement accuracy
* Clean the pressure plate and Test space in time after use to keep the equipment tidy
* Avoid operating in humid or high temperature environments to prevent leakage or equipment damage
