HBO ZT-1K Desktop Electric Spring Testing Machine is a spring-specific testing equipment with precision automatic control and data collection system, which can detect spring deformation, tensile pressure, spring coefficient and other performance parameters, and can also test various types of resilience samples and similar parts. Principle
This testing machine adopts a precision automatic control and data collection system, drives by a stepper motor, applies force or displacement to the spring or resilience sample within the set Test speed range, collects force values, displacements and other parameters in real time, calculates spring coefficients and other performance indicators, and displays and stores data through the Touchscreen interface.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and turn it on.
2. Set test parameters through 7-inch Touchscreen, including force value units, displacement units, Graduation, test mode, etc
3. Select or customize test points, set the qualification interval
4. Place the spring or specimen in the Test space
5. Start the test, the machine runs automatically and collects data
6. After the test is completed, the data is automatically saved and the results can be printed through the micro printer
7. View test data Linear dispersion and tables, analyze results
