Overview
ZT-2K desktop electric spring testing machine is a desktop spring special testing machine of HBO brand. It adopts precise automatic control and data collection system to improve test accuracy and reduce operation requirements. It is mainly used for spring deformation, tensile force, spring coefficient and other performance parameter detection, and can also test various types of resilience samples and similar parts. It conforms to JB/T7796-2017 standard and supports national standards and ISO, JIS, ASTM, DIN and other international standards. It is suitable for industrial and mining enterprises, technical supervision, commodity inspection and arbitration, scientific research institutes, Universities & colleges, Quality control units and other departments.

Principle
The testing machine adopts a precision automatic control and data collection system, which is driven by a stepper motor to achieve accurate measurement of spring deformation, tensile pressure and other parameters. The system automatically executes the test according to the set test mode (such as fixed height force value or fixed force value to measure deformation), and collects and displays data in real time to ensure High Accuracy and High Stability.

Steps
1. Turn on the power and start the device
2. Set test parameters through 7-inch Touchscreen, including force value units, displacement units, Graduation, test mode and test points
3. Select and install the appropriate pressure plate
4. Place spring or resilience specimen in Test space
5. Start the test, the system automatically executes the test and displays the data in real time
6. After the test is completed, the data is automatically saved and the results can be printed through the micro printer
7. If necessary, use an emergency shutdown device to stop the test
Notice
• Power supply voltage is 220V 50HZ to avoid voltage instability
• Check whether the equipment is in good condition and whether the pressure plate is installed correctly before operation
