HBO HND-5 Intelligent Electric Torsion Tester is mainly used for torsional mechanical properties measurement and torsional damage performance testing of materials and finished products. The equipment is suitable for torsion angle and torsional torque testing of torsion springs, coiled springs, parts, bolts, bottle caps, resilience elements and friction mechanisms. It can be tested according to national standards and ISO, JIS, ASTM, DIN and other international standards. Principle
This device realizes torsion test by electric drive, and can automatically control swirl/spin according to preset force value or angle mode. It monitors and records torsional torque, angle and other parameters in real time, and automatically stops when the target value is reached. During the test process, stiffness, deviation and other data can be displayed, and peak recording function is supported.

Steps
1. Customize test items and set test points
2. Select Measurement mode (preset force value or preset angle)
3. Set the acceptable range and allowable torque value
4. Start testing, the device automatically swirls/spins and records data
5. Save the data and print the statistical results after the test is completed
