Overview
HBO HND-10 Intelligent Electric Torsion Tester is mainly used for torsion mechanical properties measurement and torsion damage test of materials and finished products. It is suitable for torsion angle and torsion torque testing of torsion springs, coil springs, parts, bolts, caps, resilience elements and friction mechanisms. Refer to JB/T 9370-1999, JJG 269-2006 standards, and support national standards and ISO, JIS, ASTM, DIN and other international standards. It is a reliable testing equipment for industrial and mining enterprises, technical supervision, commodity inspection and arbitration, scientific research institutes, Universities & colleges, Quality control departments.

Principle
After the user presets the torque value or angle mode, the device automatically swirls/spins to the target value to stop, or records the maximum peak value, real-time measurement of torsion angle, torsion torque and stiffness and other parameters.

Steps
1. Customize test items and set test points
2. Select Measurement mode (preset force value or preset angle)
3. Set the acceptable range and allowable torque value
4. Start testing, the device automatically swirls/spins and records data
5. Save test data and automatically calculate statistical results
6. Print the test report
