Overview
HBO HND-20 Intelligent Electric Torsion Tester is mainly used for torsional mechanical properties measurement and torsional damage performance testing of materials and finished products. It is suitable for torsional angle and torsional torque testing of torsion springs, coil springs, parts, bolts, bottle caps, resilience elements and friction mechanisms. It can be tested according to national standards and ISO, JIS, ASTM, DIN and other international standards. Principle
This testing machine realizes torsion test through electric drive. The user can preset the torque value or angle value, and the equipment automatically swirl/spin to the target value to stop, or record the maximum peak value. During the test process, the torsion direction, stiffness and deviation are displayed in real time, and the test data is automatically saved and calculated.

Steps
1. Customize test items and set test points
2. Select Measurement mode (preset force value or preset angle)
3. Set the acceptable range and allowable torque value
4. Start the test, the device automatically swirls/spins to the target value or records the peak
5. View real-time test data, including stiffness, deviation, etc
6. Save the test data, automatically calculate the statistical results and print them
