Principle
The equipment performs film operation on the Spreader stage through two coating methods of bar and drawdown blade, and precisely controls the coating speed through the stepless transmission system.

Steps
1. Preparation: Connect the 220V 50Hz power supply
2. Set parameters: set coating speed and thickness according to requirements
3. Select coating method: Select bar or Blade Coating as needed
4. Placement Material: Place the material to be Spreader on the Spreader stage
5. Start the device: Start the Spreader operation
6. Complete the collection: Collect the sample after the Spreader is complete
