TBJ-B2-DJ14 Floor-Standing drawdown Bar & Blade Film Applicator is a fully Automatic Film Applicator with automatic feeding system, bar and Blade Coating methods, Coating size 600 * 1000mm, Floor-Standing structure design, suitable for Moulding proofing of cardboard, Glass, plastic film, metal plate, etc.

Principle
The Film Applicator uses bar and Blade Coating methods to realize Spreader through an automatic feeding system. The feeding system adopts the principle of outflow of air source pressure, and controls the amount of material by adjusting the air pressure and the running speed of the discharge port. The shaft drive adopts synchronous belt mode, and the coating speed is controlled by stepless speed change.

Steps
1. Connect the air source system (0.6Mpa, φ 8 trachea)
2. Connect the host power supply (220V 50Hz)
3. Set the coating speed (5~ 180mm/s)
4. Adjust Blade Coating Thickness (0~ 10mm)
5. Control the discharge volume by adjusting the air pressure and the running speed of the discharge port
6. Start the feeding system for reciprocating linear motion feeding
7. Spreader operation
Notice
• The air source pressure of the feeding system needs to be 0.6Mpa
• The maximum pressure of the Mixing Tank is 8Mpa, please do not use it under overpressure
• Check safety devices such as safety valves, pressure regulators, pressure gauges, and air discharge valves before use
• Customized coating speed less than 5mm/s
• Mixing Tank is made of 304 stainless steel and needs to be maintained correctly
• The host power supply is 220V 50Hz, please make sure the voltage matches
