Overview
HNJ-20 digital torque meter is a Handheld torque measuring instrument launched by HBO. It is mainly used to detect the tightness of the workpiece and the torsional performance of some parts. It adopts a locking drill chuck design to hold various rod-like or short-sized workpieces. The instrument adopts electronic Sensor technology, which has the advantages of high accuracy, easy operation and reliable data. It is widely used in mass detection, physical experiments, engineering tests and other fields. It is equipped with special host computer software to realize Data storage, analysis, export, query and printing functions.

Principle
The HNJ-20 digital torque meter uses electronic Sensor technology for torque measurement. When torque is applied to the clamped workpiece, the Sensor converts the mechanical signal into an electrical signal, and displays the torque value in real time on the LCD screen after being processed by the internal circuit. The instrument supports a variety of Measurement modes and data processing functions, and can be connected to a computer for more in-depth Data analysis and management through special software.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate clamping range according to the size of the workpiece (φ 1.5-φ 10 mm) and clamp the workpiece.
2. Power on, set the Measurement unit, test mode, peak holding time, upper and lower limit comparison values and other parameters as needed.
3. Test the torque applied to the workpiece and observe the real-time torque value or peak data on the display screen.
4. After the test is completed, the data can be automatically stored in the instrument (up to 99 groups), or stored, analyzed, and exported by connecting to the host computer software.
5. After use, you can set automatic shutdown or manual shutdown and store it properly in the toolbox.
Notice
* The working environment should ensure that there is no vibration and corrosion medium around.
* Operating temperature range is 0~ 40 ℃, Storage Temperature range is -20 ℃~ 70 ℃, relative humidity is 15%~ 80%.
* Please use AC 220V 50HZ power supply to charge the instrument.
When clamping the workpiece, make sure to operate within the clamping range specified by the instrument.
When using the host computer software, please ensure that the computer system is compatible with the Chinese Windows interface.
* To prolong Battery life, please use the smart charging function that comes with the instrument to charge.
