The instrument conforms to JJG 797-2013 torque spanne verification instrument verification procedure and JJG707-2014 torque spanne verification procedure standard test method. Principle
The instrument uses Electronic Sensor technology for torque measurement, applies torque through hand-cranked loading, detects and displays torque indication and its error and Repeatability in real time.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply (AC 220V 50HZ)
2. Set up the test project or load the saved settings through Touchscreen
3. Set the verification point and standard torque value
4. Select the test direction (clockwise or counterclockwise)
5. Applying torque by hand-cranked loading
6. Observe test data in real time
7. Connect the host computer via USB for data reading, storage, analysis, and printing
