Principle
The heating plate controls the conversion of electric energy into heat energy through an intelligent digital display temperature controller, and precisely heats the plate mold made of heat-resistant alloy tool steel. The powder or granular sample is placed in the heated plate mold, and pressure is applied through the matching manual tablet press. Under the combined action of heat and pressure, the sample is pressed into shape, and its internal Density becomes uniform and increased, the gas content decreases, and the intermolecular coalescence force increases, thus forming a dense structure and not easy to crush.

Steps
1. Install the heating plate correctly with the YP-15T Manual Powder Tablet Press.
2. Connect the power supply (working voltage 220V) and turn on the intelligent digital temperature controller.
3. According to the experimental requirements (standard or high temperature) and sample characteristics, set the appropriate operating temperature on the temperature controller.
4. Wait for the heating plate to heat up to the set temperature and maintain stability.
5. Place the powder or granular sample to be treated into a heated flat mold.
6. Operate the manual tablet press to apply pressure to the sample for compression molding.
7. After molding, the sample is removed for subsequent analysis, cutting, sintering, or preservation.

The temperature of the standard model should be ≤ 300 ° C for long-term use, and should not exceed 350 ° C.
