Overview
TBJ-A3-DJ10 Automatic Film Applicator is a device with High Accuracy bar Spreader technology, with Vacuum chuck function, suitable for film operation of film, aluminum foil, release paper and other substrates. Its coating size is 300 * 400mm, specially designed for soft substrates, and is equipped with High Accuracy import bar to ensure Spreader uniformity and accuracy.

Principle
The device performs Spreader on the surface of the substrate through the High Accuracy bar, which uses the Vacuum chuck system to fix soft substrates such as films and aluminum foils to prevent movement. During the Spreader process, the bar uniformly coats the material at a set rate and Travel to ensure film thickness and accuracy. The vacuum pump externally provides adsorption force, and the Touchscreen controls parameter adjustment for automated operation.

Steps
1. Prepare the substrate and place it in the Vacuum chuck area.
2. Set coating speed, Travel and thickness parameters through Touchscreen.
3. Start the Vacuum chuck function to fix the substrate.
4. Select the appropriate bar and start the Spreader process.
5. After the Spreader is complete, turn off the device and remove the substrate.
Notice
• Make sure the power supply is 220V 50Hz before use to avoid voltage mismatch.
• Spreader thickness should be determined according to the bar model and should not exceed the 571.5 μm range.
• The vacuum pump is an external configuration and needs to be properly connected and maintained.
• For uneven thickness substrates, optional silicone pads and weight can be adjusted.
• Customized functions such as automatic lame plating require additional configuration, and follow the customization instructions when operating.
