TBJ-X5-DJ8 Automatic Film Applicator is a China experimental small Spreader equipment, equipped with automatic feeding system, adjustable Blade Coating method, with Platen Heating and Vacuum chuck functions. The device is controlled by Touchscreen, easy to operate, Coating size is 600 * 700mm, which can effectively ensure the uniformity and smoothness of Spreader coating and improve film reproducibility.

Principle
The Automatic Film Applicator guarantees the Spreader effect by controlling the speed of the Spreader and the steady pressure applied to the Film Applicator. Blade Coating is used, and the automatic feeding system is used to realize the feeding through the principle of outflow of air source pressure. The feeding system uses reciprocating linear motion mode. The Vacuum chuck function ensures that the substrate is firmly fixed and the heating system provides a stable temperature environment.

Steps
1. Prepare the Spreader substrate and place it on the Spreader stage
2. Vacuum chuck function fixed substrate
3. Set Spreader parameters (speed, thickness, etc.) through Touchscreen
4. Start the automatic feeding system
5. Start the Spreader Process
6. Turn off the device after completing the Spreader
Notice
• Make sure the air source pressure is 0.6Mpa before use
• The maximum pressure of Mixing Tank is 8Mpa, do not use overpressure
• The heating temperature must not exceed 180 ° C
• Check whether the Vacuum chuck system is working properly before Spreader
• Regularly check safety devices such as safety valves and pressure regulators
• Customized functions need to confirm technical parameters in advance
• The power supply of the device is 220V 50Hz, and the corresponding power supply needs to be matched.
