TBJ-X5-DJ9 Floor-Standing Automatic Film Applicator is a China automatic film equipment with automatic feeding system, Coating size is 600 * 700mm. The equipment has both heating and Vacuum chuck functions, and adopts an integrated drawdown blade design. Spreader accuracy can reach +/- 0.003mm.

Principle
The Film Applicator fixes the substrate through Vacuum chuck, and uses an integrated drawdown blade for Spreader. The thickness of the Spreader is adjustable in the range of 0~ 10mm. The automatic feeding system feeds through the principle of outflow of air source pressure, and the amount of material can be controlled by adjusting the air pressure and the running speed of the discharge port.

Steps
1. Connect the host power supply 220V 50Hz
2. Connect the air source of the feeding system to 0.6Mpa
3. Set Spreader parameters through Touchscreen
4. Place substrate and start Vacuum chuck
5. Set Spreader Travel and Rate
6. Start the automatic feeding system
7. Start Spreader Job

• The feeding system needs to be equipped with a tubing of φ 8
• Mixing Tank can withstand up to 8Mpa pressure
• Customized coating speed below 5mm/s
