TBJ-B4-UV1 UV curing Film Applicator is an automatic film equipment in China. It comes standard with High Accuracy imported bar, supports bar and adjustable drawdown blade coating methods, and is equipped with UV light curing device. The equipment adopts imported accessories to ensure the uniformity and stability of Spreader through precise control of speed and stable pressure, and is widely used in R & D institutions of multinational enterprises and scientific research fields in universities.

Principle
Spreader is performed by bar or adjustable drawdown blade to achieve uniform film with precise control of coating speed and stable pressure. Spreader can be cured by UV light curing device, UV Illuminant main peak wavelength 36nm, Power 400 * 2W, rapid curing in 350~ 450nm Wavelength range.

Steps
1. Set Spreader parameters (Rate, Travel, etc.) through Touchscreen
2. Select the coating method (bar or drawdown blade) and install the corresponding accessories
3. Fix the substrate to the coating table
4. Start the Spreader
5. For curing, turn on the UV light device

• Spreader thickness should be determined according to bar type or drawdown blade setting
• Pay attention to the height setting of the lamp board when UV light curing
• The heating temperature must not exceed 180 ° C
• The substrate needs to be firmly fixed to prevent displacement
• Customized functions need to confirm the configuration in advance
