HUXI HVP-1.2 anti-chemical corrosion pump is a device specially designed for vacuum drying, vacuum condensing, swirl/spin evaporation, vacuum distillation, centrifugal acceleration, solid phase extraction and other fields. Solution Filter and Dust Filter are optional. Principle
The anti-chemical corrosion pump controls the pumping speed through frequency conversion, and uses components such as diaphragm and exhaust valve to realize vacuum pumping, which is suitable for continuous operation in various chemical environments.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and start the device.
2. Adjust the frequency conversion speed control pumping speed as needed;
3. Monitor Vacuum Level and Operating Status;
4. After use, turn off the power supply and perform cleaning and maintenance.
Notice
- Ensure equipment operates at Rated power and voltage;
Periodically inspect wearing parts such as diaphragms and exhaust valves.
- Avoid use in conditions beyond the Ultimate vacuum degree;
- Keep the interface and pipe fittings clean to prevent chemical corrosion;
Pay attention to the temperature of the equipment when working continuously for a long time.
