TBJ-X3-DJ29 Automatic Film Applicator is a customized film equipment in China. It adopts imported accessories and is inexpensive. The equipment ensures the uniformity and smoothness of Spreader coating by controlling the speed and stable pressure of the Spreader, solves the problem of artificial film inconsistency, and significantly improves the film reproducibility. The coating format is 300 * 600mm, with heating and Vacuum chuck functions, supports bar and removable Blade Coating, and the heating Temperature range is RT +~ 180 ℃.

Principle
Automatic Film Applicator guarantees the coating effect of the Spreader by controlling the speed of the Spreader and the stable pressure applied to the Film Applicator, ensuring the uniformity and smoothness of the coating. The equipment uses bar and removable drawdown blade for Spreader, combined with Vacuum chuck function to fix the substrate, heating system provides RT +~ 180 ℃ Temperature range to achieve accurate wet-film Spreader and improve the reproducibility of the film.
