HBO HDE-1000S Intelligent Single-column Vertical Machine is a small Pull Pressure Tester used with Force Gauge. The product adopts stepper motor, High Accuracy encoder, precision ball screw pair, and has high mechanical property stability and accuracy. It has functions such as speed, displacement, time controllable, manual (pointing), automatic, automatic control of the number of movements, and in-place delay. It is widely used in rubber plastics, light industry Spinning & weaving, building doors and windows, composite, Wire and cable, auto parts, power machinery, scientific research institutions and other industries. Tensile and compression load, insertion force, Destructiveness, fatigue and other tests.

6. Force holding function: The force holding time can be freely set
7. Set the force value round-trip function: when the equipment runs to the specified force value, the force value, holding time, and the number of movements can be freely set
8. Pull and break the stop function: after the measured object is discharged, the beam remains stationary or returns to the origin
9. In the fully automatic programming mode, 5 different test shifts and 5 different Test speeds can be customized to meet different test needs

Principle
The machine drives the precision ball screw pair through the stepper motor to realize the precise movement of the beam, and monitors the displacement and speed with the High Accuracy encoder. During the test, the motion mode, force value, displacement and time can be automatically controlled according to the preset parameters, and the tensile and compressive load, insertion and unplugging force and other tests can be completed.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and turn on the device.
2. Select the test mode (counting, timing, expansion rate or self-programming) through the 7-inch Touchscreen
3. Set test parameters such as speed, displacement, force value, holding time, or number of movements
4. Install the test object and start the test
5. The equipment automatically runs to preset conditions, and the beam can be maintained or returned to its original point
6. After the test is completed, print the data using a micro-printer

• Make sure the power supply is AC 220V 50/60HZ before use to avoid voltage mismatch
• Pay attention to the limit protection device during operation to prevent over-Travel operation
• Use emergency shutdown devices in emergencies
• Regularly check the leakage protection device to ensure safety
