Overview
The FANGZHOU PHBJ-360F Portable pH Meter is a High Accuracy measuring instrument suitable for out-of-home measurement of sample pH value. It can stably and accurately measure pH, mV, ORP, T values of 98% of samples. It uses a large-screen LCD display, supports backlight adjustment and menu navigation operation, and has a built-in intelligent Operating system. It has a variety of management functions, complies with GLP standards, and supports data traceability and statistical analysis.

Principle
The PHBJ-360F Portable pH Meter converts to pH value by built-in high-input Impedance design (≥ 3 × 1012Ω) and composite Electrode to detect hydrogen ion concentration in samples. It supports automatic temperature compensation (ATC), which automatically or manually adjusts temperature effects to ensure measurement accuracy. The instrument uses an intelligent calibrating system that automatically recognizes multiple standard fluids, optimizes measurement accuracy through multi-point calibrating, and supports ORP and temperature measurement at the same time for Multi-Parameter stable detection.

Steps
1. Power-on self-diagnosis, check the status of the instrument
2. Select Measurement mode (manual reading, automatic fast reading, automatic medium speed reading, automatic slow reading or timed reading)
3. Electrode calibrating, automatic identification of standard liquid, up to 5 points calibrating
4. Set the sample ID and user ID, adjust the temperature unit and language interface as needed
5. Immerse Electrode in the sample and begin measurement of pH, mV, ORP or T
6. Data is automatically stored and can be exported to the computer through the USB interface
7. Shut down after use, support regular automatic shutdown function
Notice
• Electrode cleaning before use to avoid contamination affecting Measurement accuracy
• When calibrating, use the standard solution automatically recognized by the instrument to ensure that the calibrating point covers the range of 1.09pH to 12.75pH
• When measuring high viscosity or low Ion concentration samples, it is recommended to use special Electrode to improve Stability
• Regularly check the battery power and charge it in time to avoid power failure affecting the operation
• Pay attention to the timing setting when storing data, the range is between 5-3600 seconds
• Confirm that the USB connection is stable before exporting data to prevent data loss
Avoid prolonged use in extreme temperature environments to protect instrument performance
